Together, WellSky and Citus Health are launching an integrated, web-based, and mobile patient engagement module that enables WellSky CPR+ and CareTend home infusion clients to improve documentation processes and communication between patients and clinicians.

The integrated solution connects the Citus Health solution with WellSky’s CareTend and CPR+ solutions, enabling seamless data and document sharing between technologies. The engagement module also dramatically reduces time and effort spent using traditional engagement and follow-up methods by automating manual processes with digital workflows, secure forms, and electronic signatures, which facilitates patient assessments, supply inventory requests, assignment of benefits, nursing notes, and more. The engagement module helps providers communicate with patients more efficiently and improve delivery of care.
Palmetto Infusion Services, one of the largest ambulatory infusion suite companies in the U.S., is a WellSky client that recently selected CareTend software and the integrated engagement module powered by Citus Health.
