Easy Implementation
WellSky allows you to implement program software in the highly compressed timelines Health Plans must meet to pass State Readiness Reviews for new Managed Medicaid programs. Fast implementation allows you to meet other program requirements as well.
Intake & Scheduling Tools
WellSky equips you with intake and scheduling tools that automate member assignment according to geography, demographics, services required, and provider’s areas of specialty. Reporting tools track and report interventions and services that lead to desired quality outcomes, or that need to be addressed to improve performance.
Care Teams
Collaborate directly with agencies, providers, caregivers, and consumers to build more efficient care teams that enable people with disabilities and the elderly to remain as independent as possible in their homes and communities.
Person-Centered Care
Provide a complete cross-agency view of each person being serviced, whether enrolled in one or multiple programs to ensure holistic care and avoid costly duplication of services.
Waiver Management
WellSky Human Services aligns with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for waivers. We centralize all the data related to a consumer in one place to lock in compliance at every step and automate tracking and reporting. In addition, financial and claims management tools help ensure accurate payments.
