    Resource Directory is a turnkey service that displays your provider data in an information and referral (I&R) website or app. Serve your community with a modern, mobile-friendly website that brings those in need closer to the providers who can help. Resource Directory is designed specifically for 2-1-1 contact centers, specialized Information & Referral agencies, hotline providers, and ADRCs.

    A consumer-facing module enables the formation of virtual care teams composed of family caregivers, providers, and loved ones by allowing them to share service schedules and communicate directly with care managers in a secure environment.

    Electronic Visit Verification ensures delivery of the right service to the right consumer at the right place and time by properly credentialed workers. This feature works with or without internet connectivity, and confirms the date, time, and location of visits. In one click, service deliveries are uploaded to WellSky Human Services where provider program staff can review, approve, and bill for delivered services from a single screen.
