Dana Streck leads WellSky’s people and talent organization. She is a seasoned human resources executive passionate about nurturing organizational culture and driving teammate engagement. Prior to joining WellSky, Dana held many leadership positions across the human resources discipline, including senior director of workforce transitions for Cerner Corporation. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Dana has successfully partnered with business leaders to drive workforce initiatives that benefit both companies and clients while simultaneously creating environments that support growth and innovation. Dana has a proven track record of implementing innovative human resources strategies that align with the business objectives and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. As Chief People Officer, Dana oversees all aspects of the teammate experience, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development. Dana is a strategic thinker with a strong focus on data-driven decision making. She dedicates her time to creating programs and initiatives that empower teammates to reach their full potential and contribute to the organization’s overall success.
